Other Days of Our Lives spoilers tease that Will and Sonny are taken in for questioning by Eli Grant (Lamon Archey), so Leo must have decided to turn over the evidence that they tried to murder him, which was a picture on a cell phone taken of him rolled up in a rug, unconscious!
Days of Our Lives viewers must be questioning what else Leo could have up his sleeve, since this seemed to be his only ace in the hole he had to blackmail Sonny into the marriage with him, and Leo doesn’t appear about to lose his sweet deal with living in the Kiriakis mansion and drinking all the expensive libations and burning through Sonny’s money like a lit match in the midst of a drought!
He obviously wants Sonny and Will to know he means business and to give them a taste of retribution, but if Sonny’s in jail Victor Kiriakis (John Aniston) will likely give him the boot!

But Leo is alive and well, and appears no worse for the wear; it’s doubtful attempted murder charges would stick, with no more evidence than that. The photo could have been staged or possibly even photoshopped with the right computer program, providing Leo’s phone is a high grade smart phone. What else could Leo have reported them to the police over, even in a small Midwestern town like Salem, adultery is not a chargeable offense!
