Days of Our Lives spoilers and updates reveal Hattie Adams (Deidre Hall) may bear a striking resemblance to Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall), but their similarities stop there! In fact, Hattie is the complete antithesis of Marlena in numerous aspects, leaving Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) increasingly perplexed by “Marlena’s” actions.

Fans of DOOL will recall that Leo encountered Hattie in the episode aired on August 7, mistakenly believing she was Marlena due to her looks.

Hattie, on the other hand, had no idea who Leo was but found his invitation to watch RuPaul’s Drag Race intriguing enough to accept.

In the episode that aired Monday, August 12, Leo unknowingly spent time with Hattie, continuing to think she is Marlena.

This led to a surprising moment for him when Hattie started to let loose, initially making Leo believe that Marlena is simply revealing a more relaxed side of herself.

He was impressed with her wild-for-Marlena get up as well, figuring  that she reserves that side for her closest friends.

DOOL Spoilers – Things Get Weirder With “Marlena Evans” As Far As Leo Stark’s Concerned

One can easily picture Leo enjoying his playful take on “Marlena,” especially since her usual demeanor is quite the opposite: she’s usually very serious and studious. However, as this storyline unfolds in Days, things are bound to take a strange turn, at least as far as Leo’s concerned.

There will be moments when Leo crosses paths with the genuine Marlena, only to discover her serious nature still exists, and it will be confusing.

He might mention events that happened while he was with Hattie, only to realize that Marlena is completely unaware of them and she doesn’t know Hattie’s returned to town either.

As time passes, Leo will begin to wonder if Marlena is grappling with a split personality disorder, which isn’t surprising since his boss at The Spectator had one.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers –  The Mystery Will Be Solved, But Not Before More Hattie Adams Hilarity Ensues

Of course, eventually the mystery will be solved for Leo, but not before more Hattie hilarity ensues.  Everett Lynch, aka Robert “Bobby” Stein (Blake Berris), had it so Leo will be consumed by thoughts of DID and multiple personalities.

He’ll take on the role of a therapist, believing that Marlena is losing her grip as other identities emerge, and this is sure to lead to some amusing scenarios.

Leo could try  to orchestrate an intervention, suggesting that Marlena needs to be in Bayview. At some point, Leo will likely have a face-to-face with both Marlena and Hattie, which should help clarify the situation for him.
