However, something clearly goes wrong. During the week of August 15, Dr. Rolf finds out that Li Shin (Remington Hoffman) sabotaged his project. So, what will Dr. Rolf do in retaliation?

DOOL spoilers reveal that for the past three years, Dr. Rolf has been secretly keeping Stefan alive. Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) only learned of the project when Dr. Rolf couldn’t bring Jake DiMera (also played by Brandon Barash) back to life. While one twin was brain-dead, the other had no heart.

Dr. Rolf has taken Jake’s heart and put it inside Stefan’s body. Then, Dr. Rolf sewed up Jake’s chest and sent him back to the morgue. Dr. Rolf assured Kristen that nobody would know that anything was done to the body.

DOOL Spoilers – Kristen DiMera’s Pressure

Kristen is impatient and wants Stefan woken up immediately. However, Dr. Rolf said that this can’t be rushed. They don’t know what Stefan will be like when he wakes up. Stefan could have brain damage or other complications.

Kristen doesn’t seem to care and wants Stefan awake now. It doesn’t seem as if Kristen is going to get her way, though. Dr. Rolf stood up to Kristen. The mad scientist mentioned that Stefano DiMera (formerly played by Joseph Mascolo) trusted him with his life and Kristen should do the same.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Sabotaging Stefan DiMera’s Resurrection

Days of Our Lives spoilers for the week of August 15 reveal that Dr. Rolf will realize that Li sabotaged his project. It sounds like Li isn’t on board with Dr. Rolf resurrecting Stefan. At least, not at this point in time.

Perhaps Li wants to win Gabi Hernandez’s (Camila Banus) heart first so there is no chance of losing her to Stefan. Of course, Li could make a demand such as Stefan only waking up if Dr. Rolf resurrects someone else as well.

DOOL Spoilers – Li Shin Punished?

Dr. Rolf isn’t going to be happy when Li sabotages Stefan’s resurrection. It is known that Stefan does eventually wake up. So, Li might not kill the project but could complicate things. Perhaps Dr. Rolf is able to do damage control and save Stefan from permanent death before it’s too late.

In any case, Dr. Rolf isn’t going to let Li get away with sabotaging his project. So, what will Dr. Rolf do to get revenge? Could he put it in Stefan’s mind that Li is an enemy? Barash did tease that Stefan wakes up with revenge on his mind. The actor also said that Stefan will recall certain things that did happen, as well as certain things that didn’t happen.

So, it sounds like Dr. Rolf plants false memories in Stefan’s mind. Maybe Stefan believes that Li is the one who killed him and tries to get justice.
