DOOL spoilers reveal that Tripp refuses to get romantically involved with Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold). Tripp clearly still loves Allie and always will. However, Tripp’s death and resurrection taught him not to waste the gift he has been given. It also made Tripp realize that he deserves better than Allie. Tripp deserves a love interest that doesn’t have their heart torn over someone else.

During the week of June 13, Tripp decides to leave Salem. Steve “Patch” Johnson (Stephen Nichols) and Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) will be surprised by the news. DOOL Spoilers – Love Triangle Ends

Tripp’s main storyline over the past several months has centered on Allie. Even though Allie shared a passionate kiss with Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens), she turned around and chose Tripp. The couple seemed happy enough until Allie slept with Chanel, which Johnny DiMera aka “JoDevil” (Carson Boatman) announced during Tripp’s marriage proposal.

Allie can’t seem to choose between her two love interests. However, Tripp knows that Chanel is the person that Allie truly wants to be with.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Will Tripp Johnson Return?

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Adams told Soap Opera Digest that after the love triangle, there’s nowhere for Tripp to really go story-wise. So, Tripp will leave Salem and start over somewhere new. However, will Tripp end up returning someday? Adams told the magazine,

“They [Braun, Nichols, and Evans] were like, ‘You didn’t die. You’ll be back.’ They’ve been in the ballgame a long time. They’ve seen people come and go. They’ve come and went. They know how it works. They kept telling me I’d be back or would be too busy to come back. I hope so.”

As for what Adams is doing now, the actor continues to go on auditions. Adams is also planning a wedding with fiancé Shelby Wulfert. The actor is also writing a comic book with his best friend, Joey Bragg. So, despite being written off DOOL, Adams has a lot of different projects keeping him busy.
