Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Lucas Horton Needs To Remember What He Did!

Lucas fell off the wagon and woke up the next morning in a room in the Salem Inn, with an empty bottle of liquor he’d stolen from Brady’s Pub. But Lucas also found that he’d cut his hand rather badly and apparently bandaged it up himself since there was no record of him going to the emergency room. Then he heard about his niece, Abigail DiMera (Marci Miller) having been stabbed to death in an apparent break-in that same night he has no memories of!

Earlier, Lucas had been in a panic when his mother, Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow) told him Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) knew he set up EJ DiMera (Dan Feurreriegel). Lucas had framed EJ for kidnapping Sami Brady (Allison Sweeney) when he did it himself and Kate.

DOOL Spoilers – Lucas Horton Is Afraid He Killed His Niece

Lucas is afraid, with his hand cut and no memories, that he killed his niece while drunk so she wouldn’t expose his kidnapping of Sami! He plans on proposing marriage to Sami and he had kidnapped her and framed EJ to make EJ the villain and himself the hero for rescuing her. Dumb idea – yes, probably so but she was ready to go back to EJ before he made his desperate move, and he feels comfortable she’ll say yes. All he remembers is he was in a panic and that’s why he stole the bottle of liquor and fell off the wagon, and now he’s desperate to regain his memories.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Lucas Horton Calls Dr. Marlena Evans

Lucas calls his former mother in law Dr. Marlena Evans, and confesses he fell off the wagon and has no memories of that night. It’s difficult for him but he also tells her about his cut on his hand and not remembering how he got it. He doesn’t want to possibly incriminate himself in Abigail’s murder, but he wants to remember what happened in case he possibly ran into the murderer so he can identify them.

Marlena cautions him that hypnotism may not work on alcohol-induced memory loss and asks him if he’s had any nightmares, because sometimes memories come up that way. Lucas thinks to himself his only nightmare is wondering if he’s guilty, and he tells her no!

DOOL Spoilers – What If Lucas Horton Remembers Something He’d Rather Forget?

Lucas asks Marlena what happens if he remembers something he’d rather forget, or he remembers something illegal on his part, breaking a window for example? He’s trying to come up with a reason for the cut on his hand – Marlena tells him he must have been lucid enough at the time to realize he needed care.

The memories are in there somewhere – but if he remembered something like that she is taping the session and everything is kept confidential-although she would encourage him to report. He remembers Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) was a patient of Marlena’s and she didn’t report anything he did to the police so maybe he’s safe. He gives Marlena the go-ahead to try hypnotism to regain his memories of that night.
