As people in Salem realize that the psychiatrist is possessed, Marlena needs somewhere to lay low. “MarDevil” begs Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) and Ciara Brady Weston (Victoria Konefal) for help and claims John Black (Drake Hogestyn) is abusive.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Turning To Ben Weston

DOOL spoilers reveal that Doug Williams (Bill Hayes) exposed “MarDevil” at the Horton family Thanksgiving dinner. Even though Satan tried to dismiss Doug’s claims as the rambling of a man with dementia, Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes) stood up for her husband. Then, others started to connect the dots. This led to “MarDevil” exposing herself to the horror of everyone in the room.

Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer) was going to take Marlena down to the station to be questioned about John’s disappearance. However, she escaped and went straight to Ben and Ciara’s door.

DOOL Spoilers – Abuse Allegations

Marlena will beg Ben and Ciara to give her a place to hide as people are after her. Of course, they will be confused and will want answers. Marlena tells a horrific new lie… that John has been abusing her and that’s why she needs a safe place to hide. Ben believes Marlena, which is partly due to his relationship with the psychiatrist. The other part of it is due to Ben being an abuse victim during childhood.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Convincing Ciara Brady Weston

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Ciara isn’t as convinced as Ben, though. Ciara knows that John would never lay a finger on Marlena. In order to get Ciara’s cooperation, the devil has to prove her point. Marlena probably comes up with some kind of “proof” that she’s been manhandled, such as a mark or bruise. Head writer Ron Carlivati told Soap Opera Digest,

“Marlena, knowing that Ciara is the fly in her ointment and the person she needs to convince, uses her devilish powers to give them confirmation that this is true.”

DOOL Spoilers – Trio Leave Salem

Once Ciara is convinced that Marlena is hiding from her abuser, the devil faces a new problem. Word is spreading around Salem that Marlena is possessed by the devil. Ben and Ciara haven’t heard the news, so Marlena uses this to her advantage. To make sure that “CIN” doesn’t learn about the possession, “MarDevil” tells them they need to leave town. Marlena takes Ben and Ciara to an isolated cabin in the woods where there is no signal, which means no way to communicate with the outside world.

However, there is suddenly a knock on the door and the visitor could stop the devil in her tracks.
