DOOL spoilers reveal that on the episode that aired on Monday, November 1, Marlena raised the dead. The devil brought back Deimos Kiriakis (Vincent Irizarry) to haunt Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker). Meanwhile, Charlie Dale (Mike Manning) was resurrected to go after Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun), Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold) and Tripp Johnson (Lucas Adams). Before Nick was sent to terrorize Gabi Hernandez (Camila Banus), “MarDevil” passionately kissed the zombie.
DOOL Spoilers – Deidre Hall’s Anxiety
Before the repossession story was confirmed, Hall spoke to Soaps.com backstage at the Daytime Emmy Awards. At that time, Hall was asked if there was anything Marlena could do that would make her unforgivable to fans. Despite being possessed by the devil, cheating on Roman Brady (currently Josh Taylor) and being a serial killer, Marlena is Salem’s sweetheart. So, Hall’s answer definitely had fans talking.
“… yeah, you’re going to go, ‘I don’t even know if I can go for that…’”
It wasn’t just Hall’s words that got fans curious, though. It was how nervous the actress appeared when answering that question.

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that the devil is holding John hostage and telling everyone he is out of the country on a case. Satan wanted to kill John, but Marlena was able to gather up enough strength to stop it. The devil’s new idea is to completely corrupt and ruin John, including the couple’s eternal love. Head writer Ron Carlivati told Soap Opera Digest,
“The devil is trying to break him down and corrupt his soul and you’ll see exactly how the devil goes about that. It’s a great test of John and Marlena’s love, and it’s a great test of John in general with some great callbacks to the original story.”

Now, Marlena could end up sleeping with pretty much anyone and the devil just might bring back proof to crush John. If this happens, how will John deal with it? Sure, John loves Marlena and knows it’s the devil doing this and not her. However, if John “sees” Marlena in bed with another man, that would be something he might not be able to get out of his mind. So, we will have to keep watching the NBC soap to find out what happens with this storyline.

I believe that John will forgive Marlena anything, even cheating. Think about it for a moment. John and Marlena cheated with each other while she was married to Roman, it's been many years ago but Roman has forgiven them and moved on with his life. Why can't John forgive Marlena for cheating when she is possessed?

No longer watching after 50 years. The writing is bad and following use to be exciting. The world today is so bad. Days need to go back to goodness instead of following in the horrid pit it is today.
I am sick of the devil story. It is disgusting and disturbing. I record the series everyday. I am skipping over all the Marlena and devil parts. Hopefully it turns out good. Otherwise I am done!
