According to Matthew Ashford, who plays Jack Deveraux, him and Jennifer Horton (Melissa Reeves) will be at the center of the time jump. However, he wouldn’t explain exactly what that meant. Does it have to do with her knowledge of Dr. Rolf (William Utay) transforming Hope Brady (Kristian Alfonso) into Princess Gina? Is it about her accident? Perhaps there is more that we just don’t know yet?

Ashford also teased that while Jack and Jennifer will be at the center, it isn’t just about them. Everyone in Salem will be affected by the story. It’s impact will be “far-reaching” and families in the fictional town will have to learn how to cope with it. Some of them will choose to band together.

DOOL Spoilers – Not Just Hype

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that there has been a lot of promotion for this time jump. It has been said that this is something that has never been done before on daytime TV. There is also supposed to be a huge twist. However, Ashford told Soap Opera Digest that this is all true and it isn’t just hype.

“Sometimes they promote things like, ‘Here comes a night that will change everything,’ and [what happens] actually has been going on for years, but this is bigger than that.”
