Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Megan Hathaway Turns The DiMera Family Upside Down!

Days of Our Lives spoilers tease that the DiMera Family has basically been a revolving door when it comes to Stefano DiMera’s (the late Joe Mascolo) many children. Most of them have come and gone over the years, and thanks to Dr. Wilhelm Rolf’s (Richard Wharton) serum, even death hasn’t kept most away from Salem for any real length of time.

But one of Stefano’s oldest children, Megan Hathaway (Miranda Wilson) has remained dead since she was electrocuted back in the eighties. But as viewers found out in Beyond Salem Season 2, Megan is alive and just as evil as she ever was.

Years ago, Bo Brady (Peter Reckell) dated Megan. At the time it was believed that her father was a wealthy businessman named Maxwell Hathaway but when Max was killed by Andre DiMera (Thaao Penghlis) the truth was revealed that she was the secret daughter of Stefano. Megan and Bo drifted apart, but Megan never stopped loving Bo. In the meantime, Bo met Hope Brady (Kristian Alfonso) and the two of them began their epic love story. When Megan returned, she tried to pass another woman’s son off as her child with Bo. But Bo was on to Megan’s schemes almost from the start.

Megan was certain that if Hope died, Bo would return to her. She planned to have Hope electrocuted in a hot tub, but it was Megan who apparently died, murdered by Larry Welch (Andrew Massett). Although Stefano was extremely upset by Megan’s death, she has rarely been mentioned in the ensuing years. More than likely, Megan received an early dose of Dr. Rolf’s serum and the side effects may have taken years to resolve themselves which might account for Megan’s absence over the last couple of decades!

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – A kindred Spirit For Kristen DiMera!

Although Kristen DiMera (Stacey Haiduk) is Stefano’s adopted daughter on Days of Our Lives, she has consistently been the most like Stefano at least until now. Looking at Megan may be a real eye-opener for the entire family but it’s likely that Kristen will be moved the most. Megan and Kristen are very much alike and both have proven to be among the most ruthless in the family. Time will tell if these two will be kindred spirits or fierce rivals, but if they should ever team up, all of Salem should watch out! In fact, Megan’s relationship with all of her siblings may just turn the entire family on its head.
