Days Of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Mike left town years ago with Carrie Brady (Christie Clark) while she and Austin Reed (Austin Peck) were split up. However, they eventually separated and Carrie found her way back to Austin. Mike has continued to live out of town but will return this fall. Has Mike come home to save his sister or is he taking over as chief of staff?

Jennifer Deveraux (Cady McClain) is on drugs again and will be on the road when a fiery crash happens. Fans don’t know who will be in the car that goes off the road yet but it’s doubtful that Jennifer will be killed since Abby Dimera (Marci Miller) recently died. Could Mike be returning home to help save his sister’s life from the crash or even to get her into rehab?

DOOL Spoilers – The Hospital Needs A Chief Of Staff

With Kayla out for no one knows how long trying to fight this toxin, someone has to run the hospital. Could the board approach Mike about filling in until Kayla is well enough to take over again? Fans already know that Kayla flatlines in the hospital However, it is unsure if she survives. Will Kayla come back or join her parents in the great beyond?

Mike could carry on the tradition of his grandfather, Tom Horton (ex-MacDonald Carey). Tom worked at the hospital until the day Alice Horton (ex-Francis Reed) found him dead on their bed. Since Tom died there really hasn’t been a Horton doctor in town long enough to help with the hospital. However, Mike could be back to change that. Will Mike be sticking around for a while?

Mike has been gone for years but may have simply decided it was time to come home. Mike has avoided Salem like the plague and now he may be needed to help save two beloved doctors from the community. Could Mike help to find a cure for Rolf’s toxin?

Eventually, it will be discovered that the orchid Dr. Rolf (Richard Wharton) has given Kristen Dimera (Stacy Haiduk). However, there is no guarantee that Kristen will give up the orchid no matter what. Will Kristen use that orchid to get Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) to come back home? Mike could help the doctors to find a cure for the poison Orpheus’ (George DelHoyo) used. Will a cure come too late?
