Days of Our Lives Spoilers Monday, April 20: Aunt Zoey Seeks David Custody – Jennifer Gets Disturbing News – Marlena Explodes at Orpheus

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Monday, April 20, tease that Jennifer Deveraux (Melissa Reeves) will get some disturbing news. When Jennifer learns Orpheus (George DelHoyo) has been released, she’ll need to learn on Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford) for support. Jack will embrace Jennifer and let her know he’s going to protect her. He has no intention of letting Orpheus tear them apart.

Of course, some Days fans might need a reminder of why Jennifer’s so terrified. Orpheus once strapped a bomb to Jennifer, so she has a good reason to be uneasy! This DOOL villain also shot JJ Deveraux (Casey Moss), which gives Jennifer one more reason to freak out. Not to mention all the other destruction Orpheus has caused – like tormenting Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) repeatedly.

Days of Our Lives recently showed some flashbacks of Orpheus and Marlena. One of them included Orpheus placing Marlena in a coffin, where he planned to burn her alive. Kayla Brady (Mary Beth Evans) was caught up in that chaos as well, so the point is Orpheus has always been a ruthless monster.

That’s why Marlena looked so shaken when Orpheus showed up at her door! Days of Our Lives spoilers say Marlena will panic and explode at her enemy. However, Orpheus will assure Marlena that he comes in peace. He might even offer an apology for his past transgressions. There’s a good chance Orpehus’ children will be a big part of the conversation.

When Evan Frears aka Christian Maddox (Brock Kelly) thanked Zoey Burge (Kelly Thiebaud) for having his back, she suggested that’s what big sisters do for little brothers. It turns out Zoey will step up for Evan once again on Monday.

Days spoilers say Zoey will tell Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) that she’s suing for custody of David Ridgeway (Caleb and Kyler Ends). As you can imagine, that decision won’t go over well with Rafe! Speaking of decisions, Kayla has reached one regarding her love life. Before Kayla can deliver her answer to Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols), he’ll insist he’s made a choice as well.

Steve will determine that Kayla’s found happiness and a new life with Justin Kiriakis (Wally Kurth), so she should be with him instead. Naturally, Kayla won’t like Steve thinking he can control her love life. This was supposed to be Kayla’s choice, so she won’t like Steve taking all the power away from her.

After Kayla lashes out at Steve, she’ll break down in tears elsewhere. A worried Justin will find Kayla and get updates on her discussion with Steve. That’ll leave Justin with concerns about being Kayla’s backup beau. Justin won’t want to win just because Steve said this was best. Kayla and Justin will need to have a deep conversation about their future soon enough.
