It was a bit comical watching her being strapped down and pinned by the velcro. A bit extreme, as in real life, the paramedics would have just laughed at someone calling over a hurt arm.
In any case, Joy got a diagnosis. It means she could really struggle to even care for the baby. That could just bring Joy and Alex even closer.
That leads to Stephanie making a painful decision. As I brought up a few weeks ago, Stephanie is probably going to leave Alex.
She won’t want to, but will feel that’s the only way to allow Alex to truly bond with his daughter.

While Alex was furious with Stephanie, Chanel will offer him some perspective. Chanel might tell Alex that she totally understands how Stephanie feels.
At the same time, Alex needs to find a way to honor both his wife and baby mama. I’m not sure if there is a path forward, but we shall see.

Days of Our Lives spoilers for Monday, August 10 reveal that Cat Greene (AnnaLynne McCord) will pepper EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) with questions.
While Cat stole the file that was left for Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart), they also realize that EJ isn’t guilty of kidnapping.
Still, EJ could have information that might be useful to Cat and Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering). Cat should be careful; too many questions might also tip him off.

Over with Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman), he will keep a big secret. It sounds like Johnny might have to cover for his father yet again.
However, Johnny has his own hands dirty, especially regarding the coriseal and arsenic. So, one wrong move, and Johnny could be facing prison.
