Playing Cupid

Let’s start off with Philip, who will try to play matchmaker. Despite Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) being with Brady Black (Eric Martsolf), it seems Philip is Team XARAH.

The man will work to bring Sarah and Xander Cook Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) back together. Xander and Sarah are divorced, but have been reconnecting over Holly Jonas’ (Ashley Puzemis) medical mystery.

So, I do wonder if this storyline could end up reuniting XARAH in the end. Of course, Philip is a bit old to be playing matchmaker with grown adults, too.

Rafe Hernandez Prepares

Over with Rafe, he will prepare to finally bring EJ down once and for all. As fans know, Rafe has been wanting to take down EJ for many years.

Their feud is long and really complicated. However, I wonder if EJ will finally realize he has a conscience in there somewhere.

As much as he wants to be like Stefano DiMera (last played by Joseph Mascolo), EJ just isn’t like his father. That’s exactly what Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) was counting on when she made her plea to EJ. 

Kristen DiMera’s Twist

Days of Our Lives spoilers for Monday, August 3 reveal that we will also see Kristen DiMera’s (Stacy Haiduk) story take a bit of a twist.

Lexie Carver (Nikki Crawford) ended up arriving, even though she was a tad late. However, then Lexie went to get something to unlock the shipping container, only to collapse.

Someone will find Lexie, but will they hear Kristen? In any case, EJ’s plan goes sideways. This man is going to have a lot to explain!

If Kristen gets freed, I wonder what she will say happened. That last conversation between EJ and Kristen was pretty interesting. 

Italian Adventure on Hold

As for Chad DiMera (Connor Flyod) and Belle Black (Martha Madison), they had planned to go to Italy to follow the chess clues. However, they will end up having to put their adventure on hold.

When they finally do get to Italy, I wonder what exciting drama will await them? Could it bring Belle and Chad even closer together?
