Offer Rejected

Let’s start off with the hospital. Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) just gloated to EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) that Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) was about to buy the hospital from under him.

There is no way that EJ wants to lose the hospital. So, he tries to make Gwen an offer she can’t refuse.

To EJ’s surprise, Gwen DOES refuse the offer! Good for Gwen! She might be a bit of a villain, but EJ has done way worse things. Besides, with Gwen finally getting the family she has always craved, we might see a more loving lady. 

Confession Time

Over with Cat Greene (AnnaLynne McCord), she makes a shocking confession to Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering). So, this must be about EJ or perhaps the hypnosis. 

Shocking Proposal

Days of Our Lives spoilers for Monday, August 31 reveals that there will be a shocking proposal. This has nothing to do with marriage, but with a poker game in Monte Carlo.

Gabi Hernandez (Cherie Jimenez) won’t let Philip Kiriakis (John-Philip Kiriakis) take her money to Monte Carlo without her. So, maybe the proposal has something to do with the high-stakes game. 

Marlena Evans’ Offer

Over with Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall), she has an offer to give. The lady will reach out to Xander Cook Kiriakis (Paul Telfer). 

Javi Hernandez’s Future

As for Javi, what does the future hold for him? Gus (Michael Ocampo) was pretty upset. Of course, Javi did jump into another relationship pretty quickly.

Gus moved all the way from Texas and sacrificed a lot to be with Javi. At the same time, Javi and Gus should have realized they needed more time before getting involved. 

Although I like Gus, I like Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) with Javi more. So, I’m hoping that these two can reconnect at some point. Not right away, as I think an instant reunion would be a bad idea.

I would like Javi to spend some time alone, though. It would do him good to figure out what he really wants and who his heart actually wants to be with, so stay tuned.
