After Sami sees way too much, she demands EJ sign the divorce papers so she can marry Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo). Even though EJ has seemingly moved on, he still secretly hopes to be with Sami again. Even more than that, EJ can’t stand that Sami is moving on with Lucas.

In Monday’s episode, Chad will continue grieving. Chad finally told Charlotte DiMera (Olivia and Oakley Rondou) and Thomas DiMera (Cary Christopher) about their mother’s death. Expect John and Marlena to do their best to console Chad as he completely breaks down.

Chad is going to need a lot of love and support as he goes through the different stages of grieving. Chad is also suddenly a single parent. Chad will have to deal with his children struggling to grow up without Abigail. Chad might also express his frustration over the killer still not being caught.
