Days of Our Lives Spoilers Monday, March 23: Abigail Suspicious as Chad Hides Captives, Gabi & Kate Trapped – Sonny Pleads with Evan

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Monday, March 23, tease that Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) will have to think fast. Abigail DiMera (Kate Mansi) just returned to Salem at the worst possible time – at least for Chad! DOOL fans know Chad’s under strict orders to kill Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow) and Gabi Hernandez (Camila Banus), so they’re currently unconscious on the floor behind him.

Chad should have a hard time concealing that from Abigail, who’s sure to wonder why he’s acting so weird. However, Days of Our Lives spoilers say brainwashed Chad will do whatever he can to cover. The most important thing is getting Abigail out of the room so she doesn’t see knocked-out Kate and Gabi.

Later, Chad’s captives will awaken in the DiMera secret room. As you can imagine, neither one of them will be happy about it! This isn’t Gabi and Kate’s first rodeo when it comes to being trapped down there, but they certainly weren’t looking to repeat the experience.

Days spoilers say Gabi and Kate will naturally bicker in such close quarters. They won’t have much hope for getting out of there unless someone discovers them, so they’ll just have to sit tight for a while. Unfortunately, patience isn’t Kate and Gabi’s strong suit. The tension should get worse the longer they’re stuck down there together.

Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) is unbelievably frustrated over this whole David Ridgeway (Caleb and Kyler Ends) situation. He desperately wants David to return home safely – and he’s more concerned than ever now that he knows Orpheus (George DelHoyo) is involved.

Orpheus is one crafty character, so the fact that he’s Evan’s father makes matters worse. Like Orpheus pointed out, Evan learned from the best! Rafe will worry that David’s in real danger with a guy like Orpheus watching over him. He’ll undoubtedly hope that Sonny can get through to Evan and convince him to do what’s right.

Days of Our Lives spoilers say Sonny will give it his best shot in Monday’s episode. He’ll remind Evan of the connection they shared and perhaps insist that couldn’t have been fake. Sonny saw the good in Evan, so he’ll push Evan to prove it’s still there. He’ll call for Rafe and David’s reunion ASAP, but it seems Evan will remain tight-lipped.
