‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers Monday, May 25: River Recovery, JJ Returns, Gabi & Gwen Bond

Days of Our Lives spoilers are in for Monday, May 25, 2026.  In the next episode, we can expect there to be a river recovery. JJ Deveraux (Casey Moss) returns.

Philip Kiriakis Confides

Let’s start off with a fuming Philip Kiriakis (John-Paul Lavoiser). The man is furious after learning about Gabi’s scheme.

Although Gabi wanted to tell him, she always lost her nerve. Now someone else did it for her, but it’s not who she thinks. Fans know that it was Anna DiMera (Leann Hunley).

In any case, Philip will open up to Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) about the situation. 

Gabi Hernandez Bonds

Over with Gabi, she will bond with Gwen. The two will talk about how their love lives suck. While Gabi is getting a piece of the DiMera pie, she has lost someone she loves.

Meanwhile, Gwen is suddenly getting a relationship with Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford). However, she knows that Xander Cook Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) just used her. 

So, maybe the two will work together to try to get what they want.

Jennifer Horton Deveraux’s Homecoming

Days of Our Lives spoilers for Monday, May 25 reveal that fans already saw Jack return.

Next, we will see Jack and Jennifer Horton Deveraux (Melissa Reeves) discuss their children. 

JJ Deveraux Returns

Speaking of Jack and Jennifer’s children, JJ also comes back.

However, I wonder how he will feel when he sees Gabi next. At one time, they had a possible future.

With Gabi newly single, I wonder if JJ could comfort her. 

Of course, that could set up a love triangle that also includes Theo Carver (Tyler Joseph Andrews).

Sarah Horton’s Plea

Over at the Kiriakis mansion, Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) issues a plea.

There is no way that she wants Xander Cook Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) moving back in! However, she might be powerless to stop it. 

Amy Choi Crushed

Over with the river recovery, they make a shocking discovery.

It leaves Amy Choi (Shi Ne Nielson) absolutely crushed. It sounds like they might finally find Sophia Choi’s (Rachel Boyd) body. 

However, fans know that Sophia didn’t take her own life.

The girl was coerced, tricked, and then murdered by Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk).

At some point, the truth is going to come out, so stay tuned.
