DOOL spoilers for Monday, November 11 reveal that Brady gives Kristen an ultimatum. When Brady overheard Kristen on the phone with Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (Richard Wharton), she lied to him.

Kristen claimed that Rolf was just perfecting the serum. The truth is that Philip blocked the Titan trade, and Kristen kept the other half of the serum until the deal could be worked out.
