At least, until she is told the chilling truth about Charlie.

DOOL spoilers reveal that after Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) finds Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun), Charlie returns to his apartment. The two men are facing each other and Charlie (Mike C. Manning) knows that his number is up. He is placed under arrest and taken down to the police station. Somehow, Claire learns that Charlie is at the police station and goes to see what’s going on.

According to a photo published in the new issue of Soap Opera Digest, Claire (Isabel Durant) and Charlie are sitting at an interrogation table. They are holding hands and Claire has a look on her face like she feels bad for him. Obviously, she doesn’t know the truth yet or she wouldn’t even be in the same room as him.

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Claire doesn’t stand by her man for very long. Remember, John Black (Drake Hogestyn) tried to reach Claire by phone to warn her. However, she didn’t answer and turned her phone off so she could have sex with Charlie. Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) and Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) prevent Claire from sleeping with the enemy. However, they obviously don’t tell her exactly what is going on.

When John and Steve “Patch” Johnson (Stephen Nichols) return from Philadelphia, that is when Clarie learns the truth about Charlie.

Claire will be furious, devastated and disgusted all at the same time. She loves Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold) and can’t believe Charlie raped her. She feels terrible that she was dating a guy and almost slept with the man who raped her cousin. Then, there is how Claire treated Tripp Dalton (Lucas Adams), which will make her feel incredibly guilty.

It is teased that Claire will continue to have issues as she realizes what kind of monster she was going to hop into bed with. Claire won’t just break up with him and move on. She will struggle mentally with this entire situation and it could cause a mental health collapse. Will she end up being all right or could it send her back to Bayview? We will have to keep watching the soap to find out what happens with this storyline during the next two weeks.
