DOOL spoilers reveal that we are going to see a “shocking” murder. However, viewers guessed a long time ago that Charlie would be the victim of the upcoming whodunit. There are a lot of people that would have motive. Head writer Ron Carlivati told Soap Opera Digest that in the beginning, the killer would seem obvious. However, he teased that it might not be as clear as fans think. So, that suggests that the person accused of murder might be innocent.

It is teased that Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) will quickly make an arrest, which happens around the same time that Sami arrives in Salem. Carlivati said that Sami finds herself in a big mess right when she comes back, as usual. New spoilers state that Sami asks Belle to represent her and it’s connected to Charlie. So, that makes it clear that she is the one charged with murder.

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Sami has gone on trial for murder before. She was about to receive the death penalty when she was saved at the last minute. This time, Sami knows that she needs a good attorney and Belle is one of the best. However, she has not forgiven Sami for getting a sociopath released and dropping the obsessed woman at Belle’s door. Then she fled the country while Jan tricked Claire Brady (Isabel Durant) and nearly killed Belle. She won’t be eager to help Sami, but Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) probably begs her to reconsider.
DOOL Spoilers – Criminal Trial Has Silver Lining?
In soaps, fractured relationships are almost always fixed somehow. Even when it seems impossible, the writers usually come up with a way to redeem the wrongdoer or bring the characters back together. Sami has done a lot of terrible things to Belle and it all started when she was just an infant! Even though they are half-sisters, they haven’t had the best relationship. It is possible that during the murder trial – which is speculated to be why Sami has a year-long emotional return – could mend the sisters’ relationship. Perhaps Sami gets redemption in some way. It’s possible that Sami, who is known for her selfishness, might just make a sacrifice to save someone else. To find out what actually happens, we will have to keep watching the NBC soap opera.
