Days of Our Lives spoilers for the week of November 16 revealed that in Salem Tripp Dalton (Lucas Adams) is dealt with another bombshell. In order for Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold) to get justice, she has to file rape charges in London since that is where the assault happened. When Tripp finds this out, he confronts the young woman and is determined to stop her from talking to the London police.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – DA Can’t File Charges

DOOL spoilers reveal that Detective Lani Price Grant (Sal Stowers) took Allie’s statement. She even took Tripp down to the police station and questioned him. However, she let Allie (Lindsay Arnold) know that since the crime happened in London, they might be able to file charges because it is out of Salem’s jurisdiction. It seems that DA Melinda Trask (Tina Huang) will finally make that determination and it will leave Allie frustrated.

DOOL Spoilers – Allie Horton’s Plan

During the week of November 16, Allie will plan on talking to the police in London. This will be another obstacle and complication. It should not be difficult for victims to report crimes and seek justice. Even though we think Tripp is innocent, we also believe that somebody raped Allie. When Allie starts to question whether it’s worth it, Nicole Walker Brady (Arianne Zucker) will probably push her to contact the London authorities.

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that this nightmare keeps getting worse for Tripp. When he was questioned about raping Allie in London, he said they never had sex. The paternity test shows that Tripp (Lucas Adams) and Henry Horton (Jayna and Kinsley Fox) share similar DNA. He has been beaten up, threatened, shunned and his aspiring medical career is pretty much over.

Now he learns that Allie plans on going to London to file rape charges with the police over there. This means that his nightmare will start all over again and he is beginning to mentally unravel.

It is teased that next week, Tripp will confront Allie about her plans to report the rape to London authorities. He knows that with the DNA test results, he probably won’t stand a chance of being cleared. Now, it’s understandable why Tripp keeps confronting Allie. He doesn’t understand why she thinks he raped her. He’s even more confused about the DNA test results.

Tripp will try to convince Allie not to go through with talking to the police in London. However, he is just making things worse for himself. Ever since he was first questioned by Lani, he has repeatedly confronted and cornered Allie. In his mind, he wants answers and an explanation. However, if he keeps this up, he might not just be charged with rape… he could also be arrested for witness intimidation.
