However, the truth about the shooting isn’t revealed yet. So, will Olivia find out the truth and risk Paulina’s plan?

DOOL spoilers reveal that Paulina is facing murder charges. Even though Lani Price-Grant (Sal Stowers) is the one who shot TR “Ray” Coates (formerly played by William Christian), Paulina is willing to take the fall. Part of Paulina blames herself for TR coming to Salem. If Paulina had never moved to the town, then TR probably wouldn’t have discovered Lani was his daughter.

Paulina might also be trying to earn redemption. Even though Paulina has been forgiven for her secrets and lies, she still feels guilty. So, this could play a big part in Paulina trying to make things right for Lani.

In the summer preview of Soap Opera Digest, Carlivati talked about what’s ahead for Paulina, Lani, and Abe.

“We know that Abe has his doubts about the legitimacy of the story about Paulina shooting TR. And Eli [Grant, played by Lamon Archey] knows that Lani’s the shooter and tells Lani to keep quiet, but Lani’s guilt continues to eat away at her. She has visions of TR taunting her about what she did, so we will wonder if she’s going to come clean.”

The head writer added,

“Meanwhile, when Paulina finally makes bail, she and Abe decide to get married and they don’t want to wait. The wedding coincides with Juneteenth and we wanted to find a way to celebrate that.”

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Olivia returns during the week of June 20. So, does Olivia come back in light of Paulina’s criminal charges?
