Days of our Lives spoilers have teased an exciting new storyline in which the entire show moves ahead one year later. This is going to mean that relationships that we thought we knew are going to change in ways that seem sudden and unexpected. But what could this mean for specific characters and storylines?
Days of Our Lives Spoilers – Nicole Walker and Holly Jonas?
Nicole (Arianne Zucker) was just found after held captive since the warehouse explosion last fall. The person everyone thought was Nicole has been revealed to be Kristen (Stacy Haiduk) in disguise. Eric (Greg Vaughn) just found the real Nicole and the two are surely headed back to Salem.
DOOL Spoilers – How will Nicole Walker take her life back?
Nicole will be back in Salem with her daughter Holly with her. She will reunite with the love of her life, Eric. All will seem well but in Salem how long can that last? Days of our Lives spoilers tease that Sarah Horton (Lindsay Godfrey) may very well be pregnant with Eric’s child. This will be a huge obstacle to Nicole’s future happiness.
Days of Our Lives Spoilers – Nicole Walker versus Sarah Brady
Nicole has never been one to back down from a fight in the past. But her recent time in captivity may well have changed her. She may just want a life of peace and quiet now that she is free from all the recent drama. Would she be willing to give up Eric so that he and Sarah can raise their baby together? While Sarah is pregnant, it may be one thing for Nicole to ignore, but once the baby is born?
DOOL Spoilers – Time Jump – The Baby is already here
When the time jump happens, the baby will already have been born. This will surely take up a lot of Eric’s time and Nicole is sure to resent this. Nicole might eventually have had enough and let Eric go. He won’t like it but he will feel a responsibility to Sarah and her newborn. But then there is always a chance that the baby belongs to Rex (Kyle Lowder). Sarah was married to Rex right before she and Eric got together, so there is the very real possibility that the baby isn’t even Eric’s.
Days of Our Lives Spoilers – Could Rex Brady be the father?
Nicole might decide that she just can’t Eric go. When she realizes Rex might be father, she could make it her business to prove it. A DNA test would be a good idea, but Rex has left Salem for Chicago. A sample of his DNA won’t readily be available. Nicole will then have an uphill battle to prove her suspicious. Maybe a trip to obtain Rex’s DNA and a secret test to prove the baby’s paternity.

DOOL Spoilers – Eric Brady and Sarah Brady – married?
Before any of this Eric and Sarah might already be married which means that no matter who the father is, Eric may decide to stay with Sarah. Eric used to be a priest and marriage vows would not be something he would take lightly. This would cause yet another problem for Eric and Nicole to overcome? Will Nicole at some point decide enough is enough and move on from Eric forever? Will Eric still want to be with Nicole if the baby is his? There are a lot possibilities.

excuse me but eric take all the vows he made while being a priest lightly, he has sex with woman out of marriage which the bible says is wrong, his temper blows at the slightest thing, which is not good, how could he keep it as a priest but not as one, so why would some of the things eric believes in is still important to him while others are not , he took his brother’s wife, while still married to his brother had sex with a married woman , adultery did not bother him, what a HYPOCRITE, he is, he covent his brothers wife, and his other brother’s girlfriend, eric is a terrible person , clings to his so call faith on some things and the others don’t matter to him , i can’t stand him ,
This sounds kind of dumb. They sound like they are going the “Dallas” route when Bobby walked out of the shower and the past season was all a dream.
IF they time jump a year and that leaves a fairly clean slate for the stories and the writers start writing good story lines I may consider actually watching this show again. They have a chance to return characters back to who they should be, like Hope, make the ridiculousness end and come back with some epic loves, supercouples, and fun. Something this show has lacked for a very long time.

I’m having a difficult time with and am hoping it’s just a rumor or some weird dream sequence. There is so much that can happen in a year. Marriages, divorces, babies… if this is true, it might be interesting to see how they pull it off. We could start making bets as to how soon they will fall back on old storylines, like, who’s the baby daddy, who is in a love triangle, who’s in the DiMera tunnels?
I’m looking forward to Sarah leaving town. please don’t let Eric be baby daddy. He’s not perfect but him and Nicole are soul mates.
They could start writing good story lines now but they don’t. The Jump is a way to try to fix all the crap writing that has gone on and start fresh, but unless they start with fresh writers it won’t matter. Same garbage different year.
