DOOL spoilers reveal that Xander expected that he would be the CEO of Titan. In fact, he pretty much had the job when Philip suddenly showed up. Then, Victor Kiriakis (John Aniston) was forced to choose between the two. While most viewers expected Victor to pick his son, he ended up making both men work together as co-CEO’s.
Xander was so angry that he has been figuring out a way to get Philip out of the spot, including scheming with sociopath Jan Spears (Heather Lindell).
