Days of Our Lives spoilers tease that Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) has had nothing but heartbreaking in recent years. He finally thought things were going his way after he married Nicole Walker (Arianna Zucker). But Nicole couldn’t resist the pull of her one true love Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan).

Nicole and Rafe filed for divorce mere months after their marriage began. Meanwhile, Jada Hunter (Elia Cantu) similarly started a relationship with Eric and even became pregnant with Eric’s child until he decided that he wanted to be with Nicole.

Although they had planned to co-parent the baby together, Nicole wasn’t happy that Jada was carrying Eric’s baby. Nicole confronted Jada who decided to terminate her pregnancy.

This led to Eric and Nicole breaking up once more although their relationships with Rafe and Jada were collateral damage. Both Jada and Rafe need a chance to heal but perhaps they can do that together.

Rafe is the current Commissioner of Police in Salem and Jada is the newest recruit to the force. As they work together to solve crimes such as Tripp Dalton’s (Lucas Adams) kidnapping, look for them to continue growing closer. Jada is an excellent police officer as Rafe has noted.

There is never a shortage of crime in Salem, so look for these two to bond as they protect the citizens of Salem. But Jada may have a secret that could even bring them closer.

Although Jada told Eric she terminated her pregnancy that may not quite be the truth. She may have just wanted to get Nicole and Eric out of her life for good. But if she is still pregnant, she will begin showing soon and Eric will have questions.

If Jada wants to continue with the lie that she terminated her pregnancy with Eric’s baby, that’s where Rafe might step in. Perhaps he will step up and claim to be the father of Jada’s baby. If that’s the case, then a full-blown romance between Rafe and Jada might come next.
