Days of Our Lives spoilers and updates tease Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) and Jada Hunter (Elia Cantu) are shocked when they finally find Lani Price-Grant (Sal Stowers). She appears to be lifeless and Rafe can’t find a pulse, apparently stabbed with the syringe found at Whitley King’s (Kim Coles) apartment!

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Abe Carver Found Alive But Unresponsive
Abe Carver (James Reynolds) was found alive but unresponsive at Whitley’s apartment, but only an empty syringe and Lani’s broken ankle monitor so someone took her.
Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) and John Black (Drake Hogestyn) had received some shocking information about Whitley and were following up on it as well.
Whitley had quit her job and told Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) she was moving where she had relatives-a deep dive by Steve and John showed no living relatives there.
Jerry Prentiss (Terrell Ransom, Jr.) is in the wind as well-they found some things left behind, but no Jerry when they investigated. Now the four of them coordinate and spread out and look for the missing Lani.

DOOL Spoilers – Fugitive Worries
There are fugitive worries for Lani as if Rafe doesn’t get her back to prison in time from her furlough, she’ll be considered a fugitive, losing any chance at early release. He had taken responsibility for her while Eli Grant (Lamon Archey) had to perform an FBI op in Arizona, unfortunately not related to Ms. King or they’d have more information.
They’re not sure why Whitley said she was going to Scottsdale, there doesn’t seem to be any reference unless she just picked the town out of the air. It was obvious that she had kidnapped Abe, but why did she disappear, apparently with Lani, and leave Abe in the apartment with the walls closing in?
There are many unanswered questions but the search for Lani is more important than where Whitley disappeared to given the ticking time clock!

Rafe and Jada find Lani’s apparently lifeless body and Rafe starts giving CPR while Jada calls the ambulance. The only good thing about this scenario is that it buys some time to get her to the prison because she’ll obviously need to be in the hospital.
Salem PD forensics has her ankle monitor which is broken and so she’s covered there-she’s near death from the lethal dose of suspected sedative.
The only thing that they are both worried about is if they’ve found Lani too late. Will she survive the lethal dose of sedative, when Abe, a larger man was unresponsive?
