Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Rafe Attempts To Hunt Down Rolf

Days of Our Lives spoilers tease that Detective Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) will attempt to hunt down Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (William Utay) in an upcoming episode of Days of Our Lives!

Detective Rafe Hernandez Knows That There Is Something Off With His Ex-Wife And Ex-Partner Commissioner Hope Brady

Rafe knows that there is something off with his ex-wife and ex-partner Police Commissioner Hope Brady (Kristian Alfonso) and there has been for quite a while; a little over a year, in fact! Days of Our Lives viewers will recall why; a little over a year ago, Rolf implanted a device in her neck, that may be an upgrade to the computer chip that Stefano DiMera, then played by Joseph Mascolo, implanted in Hope’s brain to control her and to make her the doppelganger of Princess Gina Von Amberg (Kristian Alfonso), an art forger and thief that Stefan had used for various criminal activities.

Longtime Days of Our Lives viewers will recall that Princess Gina fell in love with John Black (Drake Hogestyn) back when he was known as “The Pawn”; but when he fell in love with and married Dr. Marlena Evans, (Deidre Hall) Princess Gina’s heart was so broken Stefano couldn’t use her anymore and made Hope into her substitute. Rolf reactivated Hope as Princess Gina by the device he implanted in her neck.

Jennifer Deveraux Remembered Will Horton Giving Her A Flash Drive And Hope Brady Being At The Bistro

In Monday, December 9th’s Days of Our Lives episode, Jennifer Deveraux (Melissa Reeves) remembered Will Horton (Chandler Massey) giving her a flash drive and later she remembers that Hope was there too, the night that she was pushed over the balcony railing of The Bistro, causing her one-year coma. Hope offered resistance to Abigail DiMera (Kate Mansi) prior to that, right in front of Rafe, when she wanted to further investigate Jennifer’s case, believing Eve Donovan (Kassie DePaiva) to be innocent of the crime. Rafe knew Hope was not herself at that point, not realizing exactly how literally she was not herself!

Once Rafe hears about the flash drive incident then he will do some more investigating, possibly going over to Statesville Prison to ask Will exactly what this drive was and what was on it. Once he knows that the flash drive belonged to Rolf, and Jennifer was investigating it about the same time Hope went weird, he will suspect that once again Hope is under mind control and Rolf has initiated it!

Even if neither Jennifer nor Will can say exactly what was on the drive, since she had given it to the IT department at the Salem Spectator to hack the password so she could read the flash drive, and Will was just returning it to her, once he has a connection between Rolf, the drive, and the start of Hope’s bizarre behavior, he will suspect Rolf and go after him!
