He opens the door and is shocked to find Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun). The chair she’s tied to is knocked over and she’s in an uncomfortable position. However, Charlie might have already succeeded in silencing his mother.

DOOL spoilers reveal that Steve “Patch” Johnson (Stephen Nichols) and John Black (Drake Hogestyn) get a lead, then they finally crack the case. They learn that Tripp Dalton (Lucas Adams) isn’t Ava’s (Tamara Braun) only child. She has another son named Charlie. They immediately alert Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall), who is with Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson).

DOOL Spoilers – Finding Claire Brady

Ben and Marlena search for Claire Brady (Isabel Durant), who they are sure is in danger. They find her all right, in bed with Charlie! They were about to get intimate in Claire’s room at John and Marlena’s penthouse. So, Charlie is told to leave immediately and of course, he does and heads home. However, his lovemaking being interrupted isn’t the only surprise that day.

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that when Charlie goes into his apartment, he encounters a surprising scene. It’s Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) releasing Ava. The actor told Soap Opera Digest, “Charlie knew that at some point, the walls would come crashing down and he would be caught. So his plan is to make his mother seem as unreliable as possible before that happens.”

DOOL Spoilers – Silencing Ava Vitali

Charlie already planned for this possibility. It turns out that he has been drugging Ava and she will soon begin to have hallucinations. With her seeing and hearing things that aren’t there, it’s going to be hard to have her as a witness or testify against Charlie. It will even be difficult to get a statement out of her that makes sense and reflects what really happened. We know that Charlie continues walking around Salem in the next few weeks, so that must be why charges can’t be filed. Ava isn’t coherent enough to say what happened and Charlie is probably going to act like he doesn’t even know how she got there.

In the meantime, Charlie will continue intimidating Ava, which has Nicole Walker Brady (Arianne Zucker) get involved. Plus, Charlie and Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold) end up facing each other once again. While he might be allowed to go free, that won’t last forever. It’s only a matter of time before there’s a witness or enough proof to have him arrested. Once that happens, then they can send him to prison for a very long time.
