Gabi Hernandez DiMera (Camila Banus) is already in hot water with the law. She insists Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (William Utay) set her up. DOOL spoilers reveal that Gabi isn’t giving up on trying to prove that Jake Lambert (Brandon Barash) is really Stefan DiMera, despite the dead man’s heart being given to Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes). She even went as far as trying to inject Jake with a hallucinogen, which is the same drug that was used on Abigail DIMera (Kate Mansi).

DOOL Spoilers: Dr. Wilhelm Rolf’s Set-Up

As fans know, Gabi kept pushing Dr. Rolf to admit that Jake was really Stefan. He denied it at first and reminded her about Stefan’s heart. However, Gabi wouldn’t let up so Dr. Rolf finally decided to play along. He claimed that she was right and Jake was really Stefan. In order to get his memory back, she would have to inject him with Dr. Rolf’s special formula.

However, the needle didn’t contain the formula after all. Instead, it was a powerful hallucinogen that was being developed by DiMera Enterprises. Dr. Rolf set up Gabi and now she faces criminal prosecution.

Arrested and Accused

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Gabi is out on bail, but her legal drama isn’t over yet. In fact, expect to see Gabi go to trial at some point in the future. Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) will return from Florida to make sure Gabi goes to prison for what she allegedly did to his wife. In the meantime, she keeps insisting to Rafe (and everyone else) that she was set up by the mad scientist.

According to Days of Our Lives: Past, Present, and Future, Rafe will confront Dr. Rolf. The police commissioner will attempt to strike a deal with the sinister scientist. However, will Rafe get what he wants and be able to prevent Gabi from going to prison? Or can he not offer Dr. Rolf anything that he wants?

One thing is for sure, Rafe is treading on dangerous territory. One person you don’t want to tangle with is Dr. Rolf and he is capable of anything.
