Days of Our Lives spoilers and updates tease that Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) will be suspicious, and Nicole Walker Hernandez (Arianne Zucker) evasive. Rafe will press her about her seemingly obvious jealousy over Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) but she’ll admit to nothing.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Jada Hunter Questions

Eric’s become very involved with Rafe’s new detective Jada Hunter (Elia Cantu) and Nicole has taken notice. Nicole has been very nosy and concerned over Eric’s new love life and new girlfriend to the point Jada thinks she may still have feelings for Eric. She knows it may be just a tad inappropriate to butt into her boss’s marriage and love life, but Nicole’s intrusions are beyond awkward and he’s got a right to know.

Rafe is understandably concerned, but maybe Jada’s reading Nicole’s concern for Eric the wrong way. He decides to ask her about it when he gets home to see what kind of response Nicole gives him.

DOOL Spoilers – Off To A Strange Start

Rafe remembers that he and Nicole kind of got off to a strange start with getting married. She seemed to hesitate and he kept giving her all the time she needed to be sure she was really ready to move on from Eric to him. They had danced around their feelings for each other for a long time, while he was involved with Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) since Nicole and Ava were friends. Ava was, in a way, insanely hurt when she found out Rafe had cheated on her with Nicole but eventually she moved on. When he and Nicole finally did get married, all of a sudden Nicole was in a rush to do so right after Eric came back to town.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Why So Evasive?

When Rafe does start confronting Nicole with what he’s been told by Jada, and asks for an explanation, Nicole is very evasive. She didn’t expect her husband’s new detective to tell him about her “detective work”. She dances around the subject, claims Jada is exaggerating, and says she doesn’t trust that Jada isn’t going to do something to hurt Eric.

The way she hems and haws starts making Rafe suspicious that perhaps Jada is right with her suspicions, that Nicole still has romantic feelings for Eric even though she denies it. Rafe tries not to come across as an interrogator or that he doesn’t believe or trust her, but Nicole is acting like she’s hiding the truth.
