Days of Our Lives spoilers tease that one of the big heroes to emerge from the Orpheus (George DelHoya) ordeal has been Rex Brady (Kyle Lowder). Rex hasn’t had much to do in Salem in recent years, although he was able to provide Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) with an alibi for the night Abigail DiMera (Marci Miller) was murdered. Other than that, Rex has been in and out of Salem for several years now. But the fact that Rex was Dr. Wilhelm Rolf’s (Richard Wharton) student years ago has come in handy when several of Salem women were infected with a rare virus, including his own mother!

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Orpheus Played An Evil Game!

Several weeks ago, Days of Our Lives spoilers show Orpheus kidnapped Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall), Kayla Brady (Mary Beth Evans), and Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow) and led them captive in an abandoned warehouse. Orpheus has set up a bomb to destroy the warehouse, but the women were rescued just in time. But that wasn’t all of Orpheus’ plot: he also infected them with a virus he obtained from Rolf that has once almost killed Roman Brady (John Taylor). The only known cure was made from a lotus flower that was now extinct. But Rolf had managed to save several seedlings from the lotus.

DOOL Spoilers – Kristen DiMera To The Rescue?

Kristen DiMera (Stacey Haiduk) obtained the seedlings and grew a new lotus. After making a deal with Brady Black (Eric Martsolf), Kristen anonymously sent the cure to the police station. Rex was able to confirm that this cure was almost a perfect match to the cure used on Roman all those years ago. It was Rex that administered the cure to all three women, who immediately showed signs of recovery. Although Rex didn’t create the cure, it was he who was able to make sure it was safe for all three women to take. And Rex also administered the cure personally.

Rex and Sarah had been an item for a long time and were almost married. But Rex cheated on Sarah and their relationship ended. But the two of them have remained friends over the years. Sarah is now married to Xander Cook (Paul Tefler) but his criminal leanings are3 always causing a rift between them. Sarah may see Rex in a new light as he has become a hero not that the women are saved. Look for this duo to bond as Rex is hailed as a hero. Could that be enough to reawaken Sarah’s feelings for Rex? Will she finally become disillusioned with Xander once and for all?
