Days of Our Lives Spoilers reveal that the last time Sarah was pregnant, she ended up losing her baby after an automobile accident. Sarah will certainly be very concerned when she goes into labor this time.

Xander may be on hand to accompany Sarah just to calm her down and off support. After all, Rex isn’t in Salem at the moment.

Rex will certainly be notified that Sarah is at the hospital, however, Xander is on hand to be her night in shining armor.

Xander has always been Sarah’s hero until he scared her by working for Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun). Will Xander’s show of concern for Sarah be enough to prompt her to tell Xander the truth about the baby?

DOOL Spoilers – Rex Brady May Arrive Late

Rex is likely to arrive late and the baby will most likely arrive before he can fly in from Chicago. By this time, Sarah will have time to confess the truth and possibly even introduce Xander to his child.

Xander will no doubt be in love with that baby from the start. However, Sarah may tell him that she still plans to return to Chicago and Rex.

Xander could certainly decide to play hardball and demand rights to his child. After all, he is just as much a part of that baby as Sarah is. Xander has no intention of allowing Rex to raise his baby.

Sarah and Xander will likely argue over this but in the end, Sarah could admit that she was wrong not to tell Xander he was going to be a father. Could they decide to work on their relationship for the baby?

Rex could witness this without Sarah or Xander seeing him and turn around and walk away. Rex knows that he cannot take Xander’s place no matter how much he wants to.

Rex will most likely message Sarah and tell her he thinks she is where she belongs. Will Rex take off and go back home after losing Sarah to Xander again? Can Sarah and Xander work things out?
