Xander could see that Sarah was pregnant and assumed it was his. However, Sarah claimed that the baby belonged to Rex.

During the week of August 28, Sarah will be rushed to the hospital. It sounds like Sarah might go into labor. However, could there be an unexpected twist?

Xander might insist on getting a paternity test to prove the baby belongs to him. Xander needs paternity proven in order to get legal rights to see the child.

However, in Rex’s desperate attempt to keep Sarah, could he tamper with the paternity test? It certainly is possible!

If Rex tampers with Sarah’s paternity test, then it could trigger a tragic outcome. What if Rex’s actions put the baby’s life in grave danger? How will the good doctor earn redemption if that happens?
