Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Rex’s Shoulder, Sarah’s Rebound

Days of Our Lives spoilers and updates tease that Rex Brady’s (Kyle Lowder) shoulder will be Sarah Horton’s (Linsey Godfrey) rebound. He confides in her and she confides in him, and soon it’s obvious there’s still something between them.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers- Rex Brady Visits The Kiriakis Mansion

Rex’s world has been turned upside down by the death of his mother Kate Brady (Lauren Koslow) and his guilt over his failure to be able to save her. The rare orchid that the first batch of antidote was made from was nowhere to be found, and Kristen DiMera, (Stacy Haiduk) who was caring for it is in jail. He is shocked to have received a letter for Victor Kiriakis (John Aniston) from his brother Philip Kiriakis (most recently Jay Kenneth Johnson) whom he had thought was dead.

Philip has been hidden in a European mental institution and Rex is there with the letter for Victor. Rex still loves his ex-wife Sarah deep down, and she is the person he goes to for support and to confide in.

DOOL Spoilers – Talking It Over

As Rex and Sarah continue talking and catching up, the subject turns to Sarah’s recent heartbreak over Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) and Rex asks if there is a chance for reconciliation. Rex loves Sarah in all the right ways and he wouldn’t think of swooping in to get her back, even though he wants her back; she’s in major pain. Rex can see that Sarah’s breakup and divorce from Xander isn’t because she doesn’t love him anymore, it’s because he’s forced her hand.

He asks her if maybe a little time apart will give her more perspective and healing, and then she tells him Xander slept with Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) again. Rex, wanting to comfort Sarah and to help her deal with her emotions, suggests she beat up a pillow to help get her anger out.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – More Than Anger Comes Out

More than anger comes out after Sarah tears into that pillow, once she’s beat the stuffing out of the pillow and finished screaming, she suddenly grabs Rex! She pulls Rex into a passionate kiss and demands he make love to her, and he gives up on doing the right thing, and gives in. He knows he still loves her and wants another chance, but he harbors no delusions that this moment of passion means he’ll get one.
