Wilson recently spoke to Soap Opera Digest (SOD) revealing the brotherly bond he shares with Vaughan.
Days Spoilers: Robert Scott Wilson Turns To Greg Vaughan For Advice
Robert was recently a part of SOD’s “Actor Roundup” feature, a weekly article that asks stars all across the four soaps a question. This week’s query was: which of your costars would you turn to for advice?
Wilson replied, “I’m very close with a lot of guys but I’d probably say Greg Vaughan. He has been like a big brother to me for quite a while now, especially in the past year-and-a-half to two years.
He’s been in the industry a long time, and in his personal life, between family and relationships, he’s got a lot of knowledge. He’s always remained at a high level and of sound mind with things, and I felt like I could learn from him.”
DOOL Spoilers: Cherie Jimenez Chimes In Too!
The new Gabi Hernandez DiMera, actress Cherie Jimenez, also took part in this week’s SOD “Actor’s Roundup” and being so new to the cast, who does she turn to for advice?
Jimenez notes that she and Brandon Barash (Stefan DiMera) have gotten to know each other well, as the two have worked so closely since she started on the soap. She adds that she and Brandon have had some talks about life and being an actor.
She reveals, “I feel like I could talk to him (Brandon) forever, and we are on the same mindset about a lot of things. He reached out to me prior to me starting the show to kind of walk me through what this whole experience was going to be and helped me along this journey of transitioning into this (daytime drama) world if I need any advice or have any questions, he always seems to have the answer and always really listens.”
