Days of Our Lives Spoilers 2020 – Gabi Hernandez DiMera Began Seeing “Stefan DiMera” Shortly After She Lost Her Business And Home
Days of Our Lives viewers will recall that Gabi began seeing “Stefan” shortly after she lost her business and her home, Gabi Chic having been taken out from under her by Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) and Li Shin (Remington Hoffman) and of course, she has had to move out of the DiMera mansion.
She talked to Will Horton (Chandler Massey) about the possibility that Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (William Utay) had pulled a fast one and either arranged for Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes) to receive someone else’s heart while keeping Stefan on ice, so to speak, and then figuring out how to resurrect him, or maybe gave Stefan a bionic heart and brain since he had been brain dead. It wouldn’t have taken much for Rolf to give him a bionic brain, just a microchip with his “essence” downloaded onto it.
Will reminded her that Rolf wasn’t able to download his essence when his brain was already dead – but that didn’t dissuade Gabi, especially after she comes out of the Salem Inn and sees him standing in front of The Bistro, and faints, after which Jake will rush over and render aid and ask her if she is alright! Jake may be a little rough around the edges, as far as some are concerned, and nothing like Stefan personality-wise, but at least he’s a gentleman!
Since Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) looked like he’d seen a ghost and told him that he was the spitting image of his old – and DEAD – boss Stefan, he figures the pretty lady thought she was seeing a ghost as well and had known this Stefan – he’ll be blindsided when she thinks he’s her husband though!

DOOL Spoilers – Gabi Hernandez DiMera Won’t Stay Away From Jake Lambert
Gabi won’t stay away from Jake – she follows him around, she argues with him that he is her late husband and doesn’t understand why he won’t at least tell her who he really is, and she even grabs him and kisses him – under other circumstances that might have been an exciting experience, but the way she truly believes he is Stefan is just creepy!
He kind of feels sorry for her being such a young and drop-dead gorgeous widow, and feels like he could think of her as someone to date and maybe even fall madly in love with if only she would realize he is not her dead husband! He tries to get her to settle down and tell him more about Stefan and then she thinks she’s figured it out – like Jack Deveraux, (Matthew Ashford), he must have had a reaction of amnesia to Rolf’s resurrection serum!
At least he doesn’t have a brain tumor like Will did – but what if he does? She can’t lose Stefan twice! Jake finally allows for that maybe he did have a twin separated from him at birth, but he’s not him! Gabi in the meantime just won’t stay away! Will he have to take a restraining order out on her? He knows she’s grieving her husband so he really hates to, but he may never have any peace from the insistent young widow any other way!
