Days of Our Lives spoilers and updates tease there’ll be sad Jake DiMera (Brandon Barash) déjà vu for Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun).

A new preview shows her new love, Harris Michaels (Steve Burton) shot in an alley with Ava bending over him, lying in a pool of blood-will Harris die too?

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Jake DiMera Was Shot By A Drug Addict, Died In Ava Vitali’s Arms

Now, Harris may not die but Ava will certainly fear he will, bringing back déjà vu of Jake dying in her arms after being shot by a drug addict. Then, the drug addict died as well, being shot but there are more commonalities here-that was probably one of Clyde Weston’s (James Read) customers.

This time, Harris will likely be shot by one of Clyde’s henchmen, possibly the same one who he sent after Tripp Johnson (Lucas Adams) in the hospital.

Clyde’s blackmailing of Ava to run his drug empire while he’s on the inside in Statesville will have multiple repercussions all over Salem. But the one that will affect poor Ava the most will be Harris lying in a pool of blood in that alley, possibly also shot right in front of her.

DOOL Spoilers – Harris Michaels And Ava Vitali Start Dating

Ava has been afraid to move past what happened to Jake and start opening her heart to new love, but even though Clyde’s blackmailing her she opens her heart to Harris.

It’s an awkward situation indeed, with Harris becoming Jada Hunter’s (Elia Cantu) new partner at the Salem PD-but it didn’t take Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) very long to hire him.

It looks like quite possibly she tells Harris about the blackmail, because he works with Lucas Horton (Bryan Datillo) to get information from the inside of the prison.

Somehow, Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash) gets pulled into the middle of it, with Clyde calling and telling him the Bistro will be a drug front plus more, and he tells Ava.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Odd For Stefan DiMera To Tell Her This

It seems odd for Stefan to be called by Clyde and to tell Ava this, but dealing with Jake’s twin will bring Jake even more to her subconscious mind.

Perhaps that’s why Clyde calls Stefan to give her this message-to remind her of what happened to Jake and that’s what will happen to Tripp! With Jake on her mind, being reminded of him by Stefan talking to her it can’t help but bring sad Jake déjà vu when she’s with Harris.

Now the question is, even if Harris survives, will Ava have another breakdown? Will Jake’s death continue to haunt her?
