DOOL spoilers reveal that Sami was kicked to the curb after EJ discovered her affair with Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo). Sami promised to be back and went to get permission from Gabi Hernandez (Camila Banus). Sami was kidnapped and nobody realizes she’s even technically missing. Despite EJ’s harsh words to Sami, he counted on her coming back. When she didn’t, EJ’s heart was broken even though he wants everyone to think otherwise.
Sami is going to call EJ but he probably hangs up on her. It is teased around the same time, he gets hot and heavy with Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker).

Even though EJ is furious with Sami and might not believe her story at first. However, when Sami continues telling the tale of what happened and where she’s really been, EJ could feel terrible. Feurriegel strongly suggested in an interview with Soap Opera Digest that EJ isn’t responsible for Sami’s kidnapping.
So, when he realizes that Sami was in trouble all this time and nobody even looked for her, there could be some feelings of remorse. Now that EJ has been with Nicole, perhaps that makes them even and they can have a new beginning.

If EJ and Sami reunite, then that would leave the door open for Nicole to be with the man she really loves, Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering). Then, that would start a whole new storyline about Ava Vitali’s (Tamara Braun) broken heart and if she reverts back to her old ways. I think nichole Needs to retire she does not have chemistry with anyone and she has certainly tried out every one.
I think this relationship between Roman & Kate is a joke. No chemistry there. Roman needs someone like Jennifer; sweet & kind. Kate’s a train wreck.
