DOOL spoilers reveal that EJ was done with Sami after he learned about her affair with Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo). It wasn’t just the fact that Sami cheated on EJ on more than one occasion. What infuriated EJ the most was that Sami lied to his face about it. Right now, EJ claims he is moving on with Nicole. However, EJ’s heart really is torn now that Sami is back in Salem.

When EJ kicked Sami out of the mansion, she promised to return. EJ assumed that she would be back, they would play their passive-aggressive games, then get back together. When Sami didn’t come back, EJ thought she moved on, which led to his rekindled romance with Nicole. What EJ didn’t know until recently was that Sami had been kidnapped.

DOOL Spoilers – Susan Banks’ Lecture

Susan Banks (Stacy Haiduk) was surprised to learn that EJ and Sami were no longer together. When EJ blasted Sami for cheating on him, Susan tried to set him straight. Susan informed EJ that Sami gave up her life for years to help him recover and he treated her terribly. Before storming off, Susan basically told her son to get his head screwed on straight. Even though Susan thinks her words fell on deaf ears, EJ is going over everything in his head.

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that the new cover of Soap Opera Digest features “Ejami” reuniting. The two are standing in front of a Christmas tree. It is also confirmed that during the week of December 20, Sami will get her holiday wish. So, EJ and Sami end up back together, which means Lucas gets his heart broken all over again.

It seems that the soap is trying to turn Lucas into a villain. Even though Lucas saved Sami, he was acting suspiciously during Allie Horton’s (Lindsay Arnold) questioning. So, maybe Lucas was both the villain and hero in the kidnapping story. That would certainly crush “Lumi” fans but it would be a great moment for “Ejami” shippers.

DOOL Spoilers – Nicole Walker’s Consolation Prize

So, what happens with Nicole after EJ gets back together with Sami? We all know that Nicole and Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) have feelings for each other. Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) saw “Racole” kissing in the Horton Town Square, although she kept this from both of them. While Ava is determined to keep “Racole” apart, she also wants to keep Rafe to herself.

Perhaps EJ’s consolidation prize to Nicole will be helping her get together with Rafe by eliminating Ava. Could he expose the truth about who helped Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) escape? That would certainly set Rafe free and make it acceptable for him to get together with Nicole.
