DOOL spoilers reveal that Sarah told Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) about a terrifying hallucination. Sarah said that she thought Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) was going to kill her. Then, Sarah snapped back to reality to realize that “Kristen” was Victor Kiriakis (John Aniston). It happened so fast that nobody noticed but Sarah is still concerned it could happen again or get worse.

During the week of June 20, Sarah will have another hallucination that worries her. This is the same week that Sarah violently lunges at Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker). Nicole is listed in spoilers for the week of June 27, so Sarah doesn’t kill Nicole. However, will Sarah’s loved ones take action?

At some point, Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) will realize that Sarah isn’t completely back to herself. Sarah might confide in Xander about her hallucinations. If she doesn’t, then Xander might find out from Marlena. In any case, Sarah should be admitted to the psychiatric hospital so she doesn’t hurt anyone. Unfortunately, that doesn’t happen. At least, it won’t happen for at least a week.
