DOOL spoilers reveal that Nicole tells Eric the painful truth about baby Mickey. At first, he is in disbelief. Then, he realizes that Nicole is telling him the truth about the babies being switched. While Nicole goes to talk to Brady Black (Eric Martsolf), Eric sets off to tell Sarah the news before she marries Xander. Zucker told Soap Opera Digest,

“It’s such a sad situation. No matter what, somebody is getting hurt, and that’s the part that makes this difficult for Nicole. But she knows she has to be honest with Eric. It’s the right thing to do.”

DOOL Spoilers – Sarah Horton’s Grief

Eric eventually tracks down Sarah before she walks down the aisle. He delivers two massive truth bombs. The first is that Mickey is not her daughter; her real baby died the day she was born. The second is that Xander intentionally switched the newborns.

In a promo clip, Sarah is devastated and rushes off to go confront Xander about it.

Days of Our Lives Spoilers – Confronting Xander Cook Kiriakis

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Xander can’t deny the truth when Sarah confronts him. However, he could explain the reason why he did it. First of all, he was ordered to by Victor Kiriakis (John Aniston).

But most of all, he couldn’t stand to see Sarah’s agony over losing a baby. He loves her so much that he would do anything to prevent her from experiencing pain… even if it is morally and legally wrong.

DOOL Spoilers – Attacking a Villain

In the promo clip for the week of April 6, Eric says that he is going to kill Xander. He storms over to the Kiriakis mansion and begins punching the villain in the face. However, Sarah will probably stop the fight. There is reason to believe that Sarah goes ahead and marries Xander even after finding out the truth.
