DOOL spoilers reveal that Xander and Sarah planned on getting married. Everything was all set for them to tie the knot, including the venue and Sarah even had her wedding dress. In addition to that, the couple were talking about their future plans, which likely included having a family.

However, that was all cut short when Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) impersonated Sarah, destroyed Xander’s relationship, and literally shipped the doctor off to a private island. No one suspected that Sarah didn’t leave on her own until Rex Brady (Kyle Lowder) came back to Salem. It’s been nearly a year since Sarah was last seen.

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Sarah will come back to our television screens during the week of January 17. It comes just one week after Abigail DiMera (Marci Miller) tells Xander she has a lead. Most likely, Abigail noticed something in the records she asked for from the airfield that the DiMera family uses. It just happens to be the same airfield that the Kiriakis family uses, too.

Xander and Abigail are probably expecting nothing, or at the very least, think one of the Kiriakis pilots will have information. Imagine their surprise when it’s someone who flies for the DiMera family.

There is a chance that Sarah might have been pregnant when she was kidnapped. If she was, she either hadn’t told Xander yet, or it was too early for her to suspect a baby. It’s been about 10 months since Sarah was last seen. So, if she was pregnant, she would have a newborn.

Imagine Xander’s surprise if Sarah isn’t the only person saved. What if the rescue mission also involves saving Xander and Sarah’s baby? That will make Xander’s decision about Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) even more difficult.
