DOOL spoilers reveal that Xander went to Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) to find out if the antidote was hidden somewhere. Xander worried that Gwen destroyed it so Sarah could never be cured. Xander was even willing to bargain and negotiate with Gwen in order to get some answers.

Luckily, Gwen didn’t destroy the real antidote. The master manipulator had it hidden in plain sight. Once Xander finds the antidote, he quickly tells Maggie so that they can get Sarah back to her normal self. However, Maggie doesn’t feel the same way as Xander about the cure. Maggie is terrified that the antidote might not work, or somehow make Sarah worse.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Sarah Horton’s Catatonic State

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Sarah’s brain scans show her condition is only getting worse. Sarah goes from having the mind of a small child to going into a catatonic state. This is devastating for both Xander and Maggie. However, Xander uses this to convince Maggie that they have nothing to lose by giving Sarah the antidote.

DOOL Spoilers – New Twist For ‘Xarah’

Maggie ends up agreeing to give Sarah the treatment. However, there will be a new twist in the “Xarah” story. Actor Paul Telfer told Soap Opera Digest,

“Xander and Maggie are thrilled that everything seems to be back to normal. She’s filled with questions about why she’s in the hospital, and they explain that she was drugged. There’s a lot of treading around the specific events that led  to the situation she’s in to protect her.”

Sarah kisses Xander and even calls him by name. So, it seems Sarah is back to herself. However, Sarah says something that makes Xander realize not all is well.

What does Sarah say that makes Xander worry? Could Sarah recognize Xander and know she loves him, but maybe has no recollection of the past few years? Could Sarah not remember that her baby died? Will she believe that Rachel DiMera (Finley Rose Slater) is her daughter? Or does Sarah say something else that catches Xander off guard?
