DOOL spoilers reveal that when the soap returns during the week of February 21, Steve and Kayla will try to escape. When they get out of the locked room, they wander through the house on the deserted island. That is where they encounter Sarah but the encounter is odd to them. Soon, Steve and Kayla realize that something is wrong with Sarah and isn’t acting like herself.

As Steve and Kayla talk to Sarah, they realize that she doesn’t remember who she is. Instead, she believes that she is Renee, who is a deceased member of the DiMera family. Kayla suggests to Steve that Sarah might have amnesia or the trauma of being kidnapped could have led to a mental breakdown.

Meanwhile, Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) takes Abigail DiMera (Marci Miller) to Sarah’s room. However, Sarah is gone, which doesn’t make Kristen very happy. Abigail learns that Sarah lost her memory after she was shipped off to the deserted island. Abigail realizes that Sarah must have been injected with the same hallucinogen that she was given by Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien).

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Sarah’s mind was a blank slate until she began reading Renee’s old journals. This is why Sarah believes that she is Renee. The doctor took all the details in those journals and filled the emptiness in her memories. Then, Sarah stuns Steve and Kayla by declaring her undying love to Tony.

DOOL Spoilers – Xander Cook Distraught

Eventually, Steve and Kayla are able to convince Sarah to leave the island with them. “Stayla” probably promises Sarah that she will see Tony again, but she has to come back to Salem. However, when Steve, Kayla and Sarah start to find their way out of the house, they cross paths with Kristen and Abigail. It is teased that a fierce battle is underway.

Later, Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford) learns about Sarah and Abigail. Jack tells Xander that Sarah never broke off their wedding and didn’t dump him for a second time, either. Then, Xander comes face to face with Sarah. However, she has no idea who he is or why everyone keeps calling her Sarah. Will Sarah ever get her memories back and what does this mean for “Xarah”?
