Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Sarah Pulls A Knife On Chanel, Xander Realizes She’s Not Healed

Days of Our Lives spoilers and updates tease that Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) will pull a knife on Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens) in an upcoming DOOL episode. Fortunately, Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) will be there to pull her away but he’ll realize Sarah’s not healed!

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Sarah Horton Continues To Hallucinate And Is A Danger

The aborted attack against Chanel as Sarah continues to hallucinate shows that Sarah is not healed from the original serum and is a danger to others. So far, Sarah has thought Victor Kiriakis (John Aniston) with a pen and Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) just standing there were Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) with a knife! Xander fears that Sarah will need to go away for more therapy and medication until she’s no longer a danger to herself or to others.

It seems to be obvious that even though the untested antidote Anna DiMera (Leann Hunley) shot into Sarah’s arm has worked better than anything else, she’s still ill. The serum had left a lot of brain damage that had been getting worse but the antidote did reverse a lot of it.

DOOL Spoilers – Maggie Kiriakis Fears For Her Daughter

Maggie Kiriakis (Suzanne Rogers) wasn’t there when Sarah thought Victor with a pen was Kristen with a knife, and she wasn’t told about the incidents with Nicole and Chanel. Xander was there to hold Sarah back both times, but with Nicole she didn’t have a knife and with Chanel she did; Xander dreads telling Maggie but he might have to! Maggie has Sarah’s medical power of attorney, so she may have to be the one to send Sarah for more care, and it is increasingly apparent she’ll need it. Sarah’s closer to being herself than she was before but she still has a long way to go; Xander tells Maggie what happened and she fears for her daughter.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Something Has To Be Done Before Sarah Horton Hurts Someone

Xander and Maggie know that something must be done before Sarah hurts someone or herself; neither one of them has any idea where she got that knife! Xander asks Sarah where the knife came from because it’s not one from the Kiriakis kitchen – Sarah doesn’t even know; she doesn’t remember where she got it! Things are getting scary for Sarah too, because when she pulled the knife on Chanel she didn’t realize she was hallucinating but obviously she was!

It is difficult to treat someone who has been harmed by an experimental drug obviously meant to be used in mind control. It is even more difficult when the antidote gives the person hallucinations of repressed trauma from when they were injected!

DOOL Spoilers – Maggie Kiriakis And Xander Cook Make Plans For Sarah Horton’s Treatment

Maggie and Xander begin making plans for Sarah’s continued treatment but want to consult with Dr. Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) first to see if hypnotic regression would uncover the trauma. If Sarah could get psychological relief from the memories of that initial struggle with Kristen, maybe it would stop the hallucinations. Sarah’s hallucinations are reminiscent of post-traumatic stress disorder flashbacks so therapy like is used for that may help her. Xander and Maggie agree that it would certainly be worth a try!
