DOOL spoilers reveal that Belle proposed to Shawn in the police station. They had a wonderful wedding planned, but it was ruined by Jan Spears (Heather Lindell). Since that day, the couple have not talked about getting married again. However, it’s definitely on Shawn’s mind. He surprises her by getting down on one knee and proposing in front of John Black (Drake Hogestyn) and Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall).
