Days of Our Lives spoilers and rumors tease that when Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer) loses it, Belle Brady (Martha Madison) intervenes by calling her mother! Belle thinks Shawn is at the point where he needs an intervention, and who better to do it than Dr. Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall)!

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Shawn Brady Becoming A Mean Drunk

Shawn’s been hitting the bottle almost constantly since he shot Bo Brady (Peter Reckell) putting him in an indefinite coma. No matter how many times he’s told anyone would have done the same thing, perceiving their mother in danger, he still blames himself. From his and Harris Michaels’ (Steve Burton) viewpoint, when they stood and saw Bo appearing to be ready to push Hope Brady (Kristian Alfonso) off a cliff, it was necessary.

They were not close enough to hear the conversation, and there was no way it could have been known that Hope had gotten through to Bo! Shawn’s becoming a mean drunk, lashing out at Belle when she approaches him-but the one he’s being meanest to is himself.

DOOL Spoilers – There Needs To Be An Intervention-Or A Forty-Eight Hour Hold

When Shawn throws a beer bottle at Belle and tells her to go away and leave him alone, she knows he needs help. But should it be an intervention, or a forty-eight hour psych hold? Is he truly a danger to himself or others-even though he thinks he was when he shot his father; there are strict medical and legal rules when doing a judicial commitment.

Not to mention the damage something like that could do to Shawn’s police career, in spite of HIPAA laws-unfortunately, things like that have a way of coming out. According to Days of Our Lives spoilers, Belle has to really think about what is the best way to help someone who doesn’t want help, and if she can force him to comply.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Call Mama!

Belle thought of hitting up older brother Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) and seeing if he could give it a shot with Shawn, but he’s not much on helping folks these days. Even though Shawn would be family, his brother in law, she decides not to opt for Eric since they haven’t been getting along lately anyway. Belle decides that talking to her mother would be the best option, since Marlena is a psychiatrist and does interventions and hospitalizations for a living.
