Shawn is struggling with shooting his father Bo Brady (Peter Reckell), and as hard as Belle has tried to get through to him, she’s failing miserably. Will this cause her eyes to wander a bit?

Days spoilers hint that Shawn will continue to struggle over the weeks and summer months ahead. This may mean he’ll continue to run out of patience with his wife, and he has been dipping into the bottle more than he should. Likely the only thing that will turn things around for Mr. Brady is hearing his father has pulled through and awakened from his coma. But how long until fans hear that news?

Unfortunately, Belle has a bad history of cheating on Shawn, and it generally happens when their relationship has hit a bump in the road. With that being said, if she turns to another for comfort, will Shawn be as forgiving to her as he has been in the past?

The most obvious seems to be EJ DiMera (Daniel Feuerriegel). After all, it won’t be long until he learns he’s not the father of Nicole Walker’s (Arianne Zucker) baby and he may need someone to lean on. There’s also word that Phillip Kiriakis (Jay Kenneth Johnson) could return to Salem soon, and if he does come back, he may be laser-focused on rekindling things with his old flame. Especially if he knows that Shelle is having issues. Phillip was last paired up with Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin) when he “died” and vanished; however, Ms. Lane seems to be quite preoccupied with his cousin Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) at the moment.
