Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Sheila & Abe’s Constant Bickering – Is Romance In The Air?

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Sheila (Tionne Watkins) won’t give up until she’s on Abe’s (James Reynolds) last nerve. Sheila got started on the wrong foot with Abe when he caught her trying to steal his credit card at the Brady Pub. She made up excuses to get out of it, and eventually her old pal Eli (Lamon Archey) got her out of her jam.

Then she got on Abe’s bad side again when she parked in his parking spot at the police station. He was livid that someone would have the gall to park in the mayor’s spot, and of course that person turned out to be Sheila. Abe proceeded to have Sheila’s car towed, which set Sheila off on a tirade. She let Abe have it, and Abe gave back as good as he got.

It’s safe to say that there’s no love lost between Abe and Sheila. But often, soap characters who initially dislike each other end up together, as enduring couples. The initial passionate dislike turns into real passion for each other. Could we be looking at the beginnings of a eventual Sheila-Abe pairing?

It might take a while for the two of them to get together, but it could happen. Sure, Abe’s with Valerie (Vanessa Williams) right now, but the two of them have had their share of hiccups lately in their relationship. They’ve frequently been at odds about Eli and Lani’s (Sal Stowers) relationship and just recently agreed to stay out of their kids’ lives to avoid arguing about it.

It would be interesting to see Sheila give Valerie a run for her money with Abe. Plus, it looks like Sheila may be seriously thinking about applying for a position as Abe’s assistant. If she does, it will put Abe and Sheila in close proximity to each other on a daily basis. They’ll have to learn to get along, and you never know…a romance could blossom!
