Days Of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Haley Chen (Thia Megia) is dead, gone, and long forgotten to most people. Haley was written out during the time jump a few years ago. Trask has been hellbent on taking down anyone associated with her daughter even since including Kristen Dimera (Stacy Haiduk) and anyone close to her or Brady Black (Eric Martsolf).

Brady wasn’t even there when Haley took a tumble now the stairs and has been in the middle ever since. However, nothing has swayed Trask’s actions. Trask clearly abuses her power and needs to lose it. If Trask did her job perhaps Salem would have so much crime now.

Melinda has made so many false arrests that it is in no way funny. Melinda forces the hand of the police department as if she owns the place. If there isn’t sufficient evidence, half the time she vows to find it later costing the town time and money. Melinda’s tactics could cost lives as well. Melinda does tend to call out the criminals even if she is wrong most of the time. However, she does have everyone on full alert. But now some people believe Melinda needs to abandon ship and either run for mayor since Abe Carver (James Reynolds) is moving on or run against Abe for governor.

Melinda has run for mayor before and lost but she’s not doing up against Abe this time. Could Melinda actually win this race? Will she leave her post as D.A. to try? Melinda may stand a good chance as mayor, but the town may suffer in the end.
